How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the "click here" button at the bottom right corner of the website.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-2 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 4 - 13 business days for all items from our Winter Jewelry Collection to arrive. For all other orders estimated delivery times are from 14 - 21 days. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it. We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please use the contact us button mentioned above to ask the status of the product.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Why I received only some of the items in my order and not all of them?

Allison Breeze is pleased to partner with artists all over the world in bringing products that illuminate and inspire. Many of our designs originate from artisan traditions in places such as China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, South America and several other world regions. 

For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different warehouses.

Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

Do you deliver products internationally?

Allison Breeze successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
